This blog is certainly a work in progress that may suddenly surprise you with a post that makes sense at that very moment in your life. I don't expect that what I share will always be easy to understand or even well written. But I do hope that someday my words might bring comfort, clarity or calmness to you when you need it.
I live in Oakland, California with my husband and boxer dog. Diagnosed with MS in 1988, my symptoms (especially severe fatigue) made me leave the working world. However, I do gentle yoga, swim a few times each week, read about contemporary visual art, and stay informed about progress in CCSVI research and clinical trials.
